Is there a payment plan?

 

If necessary, we can break the annual payment into 3 payments:

• ⅓ at registration

• ⅓ at 30 days

• ⅓ at 60 days

 

 

Can I cancel and get a refund?

 

• No. The commitment is annual, so there are no refunds.

• If you decide to cancel your participation after the first official meeting, we will refund your membership fee less $250.

• Once you are involved in a mastermind your participation is valid for 1 year. The group dynamic, trust, and confidentiality are established from the first meeting.

 

 

Can I have a free trial?

 

• You asked we listened! Discovery meetings will be organized from time to time giving you an opportunity to better understand what an Ellipse Pro Mastermind is, get a feel for the environment and the people that are part of our tribe.

 

 

How do we set dates - times - location?

 

• You will be notified of the scheduled dates, times and locations before the first official meeting. 

• Attendance at meetings is required - if a member misses two meetings, they may be asked to leave the group.

 

 

How do you decide who is in each group?

 

• We review each applicant and work to create groups that will benefit from each members experience, current situation, and overall knowledge.

• The initial meeting is designed to help members understand who the other group members are, and to begin building trust and excitement.

 

 

Can I switch groups?

 

• As trust and confidentiality are at the heart of the Ellipse Pro Mastermind Groups, it is difficult to switch groups once started.

• In the event, you feel you cannot continue with your current group we will seek to understand your concerns and work with you to find a solution.

• After the first year with your group (10 sessions) members can notify Ellipse that they would like to be placed in a new group and we will work to make this transition smooth for you.

 

 

Is this a networking group people join to sell their products or services? 

 

• No. Our masterminds events are focused on connection, contribution and collaboration to help you break your language barriers in English.

• Members of the group share what they do and how they do it without the intention to sell. 

• Should members decide to work together or purchase each other's services outside Ellipse Pro events, they are solely responsible for their actions.
